BOOKINGS

All Bookings can be made by direct contact, email and some activities can be booked online. All bookings are liable the the booking conditions below.

OFFICE OPENING TIME

The office is open most days from 09.00 - 16.00
In the summer the phone may be answered up to 9pm.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Voss Rafting Senter reserves the right to make changes or cancel arrangements due to water level or weather conditions.
• Tours may be cancelled or moved if we do not have the required number of participants prior to departure.
• The guest is obliged to have read information about requirements; age limits, physical health etc. prior to booking. See www.vossrafting.no or call +47 56 51 05 25 if in doubt.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• We accept Norwegian Krone and the following credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners
• We may send an Invoice ONLY if with advanced agreement, and payment will be due within 10 days

CANCELLATION FEES FOR BOOKINGS BY PHONE / EMAIL / DIRECT CONTACT

• Cancelling you activity 4 weeks or more prior to booked arrangement you pay nothing.
• Cancelling you activity 4 to 2 weeks prior to booked arrangement you pay 10% of total cost.
• Cancelling you activity 2 weeks to 24 hours prior to booked arrangement you pay 50% of total cost.
• Cancelling you activity Less than 24 hours prior to booked arrangement you pay 100% of total cost
• SMALL amendments can be MADE free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrangement date.
• ALL booked 'seats' will be charged regardless of actual 'seats' used - cancellation of any part or places in an arrangement are liable to the above cancellation charges.

THE HOTELS CANCELLATION FEES FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

• Cancellation 4 weeks or more prior to booked arrangement you pay nothing.
• Cancellation 4 to 2 weeks prior you pay 50% of total cost.
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior you pay 75% of total cost.
• Smaller amendments can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrangement date..

ON-LINE BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION FEES

• We accept the following credit cards - VISA , MASTER
• The booking is binding at payment, with confirmed approved transaction. Please print out the confirmation for proof of transaction.
• Cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to arrangement, we refund 80% of total cost.
• Cancellation 2 weeks - 24 hours prior to arrangement we refund 50% of total cost.
• Cancellation Less than 24 hours prior to arrangement, we refund 0% of total cost.
• Cancellation due to illness / injury that can be confirmed by a doctor of a booked person, we refund 90% - regardless time of cancellation.
• Cancellation by the organiser - We may offer an alternative activity or you may withdraw and we refund 100% of total cost.
• To make a cancellation we kindly ask you to send the booking confirmation by post, fax or e-mail to Voss Rafting Senter AS with enclosures if any. Please state bank account number and contact details for repayment.
