Snowshoe Tours

Equipped with snowshoes and head lights we will make our way along forest trails in the winter wonderland surrounding Voss.

Snowshoes are a fun and exciting way to explore.  As daylight fades and the glow of sunset turns to darkness, all sorts of creatures head out to forage for food. We may come across footprints of deer or Elk and if we're lucky, we may see their eyes shinning in the dark.  If we are not so luck we may come across the rare Norwegian Troll!

During the trip we will have a Norwegian style coffee or Gløgg stop beside an open fire to warm you to the heart.

This is great activity for family's or groups that want to stretch their legs doing something other than skiing!  The tour can be built into a package including a dinner and hot-tubs at our Årestova Restaurant making it a perfect part of a company party or conference arrangement.
